Course overview:

Food allergies are becoming as common as asthma and hayfever and can also have fatal consequences. This together with the upcoming allergen law (FIR 2014) has resulted in a much greater need for the catering/hospitality industry to train their staff in the management of allergens.

This interactive eLearning course has been written by food safety experts and provides food operatives from both back and front of house, with an invaluable understanding of allergens and the risks allergy suffers are faced with when eating out.
