Course Overview

If you are looking to provide a number of employees across one or more of your manufacturing sites, with a more in-depth understanding of the M&S Codes of Practice, then this course is ideal.

Based on the principles of our 5 day food safety and hygiene course, this 3 day course covers key areas of the Codes of Practice including:

  • Hygiene
  • Allergens and packaging controls
  • Foreign Body Control
  • Metal Detection

Delegates will walk away with invaluable knowledge and understanding of what is required from a Marks & Spencer supplier and how best to prepare for a site audit.
