This one day workshop is designed to ensure delegates have the skills and knowledge needed to conduct internal audits against the BRC Global Standard.
Unlike most classroom based audit courses, this workshop includes a practical element within your own factory. Delegates are asked to undertake an audit under the guidance of a food safety consultant, where risk perceptions are challenged in order to ensure delegates understand what good looks like.
The combination of classroom and hands on time within your factory will ensure that delegates have a sound understanding of the BRC requirements and an applied knowledge of auditing techniques and requirements.
Please note the course can be adapted to include your own or customer policies/Codes of Practice and procedures for internal auditing

Existing Internal Auditors who wish to further develop their skills and understanding of factory standards
Management representatives with audit responsibilities (including Technical, Quality, Operations, Hygiene, Engineering, members of the HACCP team)
