RSPH Training Courses
The Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) offer recognised, accredited qualifications in food safety; through their registered centres, of which our national training centre in Cardiff is one.
The FSC are pleased to offer a number of food safety qualifications for those within the food industry, seeking a recognised qualification, across levels 2, 3 and 4 for retail, food manufacturing and catering.
All of our trainers are industry experts having worked within the food industry for over 15 years. Our courses are designed to provide practical advice and knowledge, so that delegates walk away with more than just a food safety qualification, they have ideas for improvement and will work towards a culture of food safety.
The level 2 award focuses on the importance of food hygiene, the associated risks with poor practice and what good hygiene practice looks like. An awareness of food safety management systems is also taught.
A level 2 course is appropriate for anyone who needs a basic understanding of food hygiene and courses are typically delivered in one day.
