Course overview

This accredited course is designed to cover food safety topics regarded by the Food Standards Agency as being the most important to understand in order to maintain good practice in the handling, processing and preparation of safe food.

The course covers the basic principles of food hygiene for food operatives within the food and drink manufacturing industry, covering topics such as food hygiene, good hygiene practice and the controls/hazards associated with a food safety management system.
