Course overview

The Foundation Certificate in HACCP provides delegates with an understanding of the need for a Hazard Analysis system and the principles and terminology relating to HACCP. The course will relate HACCP principles to practical situations providing delegates with the knowledge to outline the preparation of a HACCP plan and explain how to implement, verify and maintain a HACCP system.

This course is appropriate for all persons employed within food and food related businesses, who are in need to have an understanding of HACCP.  Those who are involved with the implementation and maintenance of a HACCP system or are part of a HACCP team, will find the course particularly useful.
