Course overview

This Level 3 qualification covers the importance of HACCP-based food safety management procedures and provides holders with the appropriate knowledge and understanding to be an integral part of a HACCP team.  

The course reviews the preliminary processes for HACCP-based procedures, the development of the procedures and their evaluation along with the monitoring of critical control points and corrective actions.
