All of our training consultants have over 15 years’ experience of working within industry and have undertaken roles in technical management and leading HACCP teams. Their industry experience ensures their course delivery is practical and learning can be applied to the real world. Delegates are encouraged to discuss site specific issues and where courses are taken at your premises, a practical element will be included.
Our training facility in Cardiff is an approved RSPH training centre, enabling us to deliver both food safety and HACCP training across the catering, manufacturing and retail syllabus.
We are a provider of food safety training for the Marks & Spencer’s global supply base, having both developed and deliver their mandatory five day Food Safety & Hygiene and one day Allergen Management courses.
